Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, however, some products can take longer as they require longer to manufacture. The estimated dispatch time is listed on each product page for reference. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We’re happy to offer free shipping when you meet the following order minimums:

  • UK: Free shipping on orders over £15

  • Europe: Free shipping on orders over €50

  • USA: Free shipping on orders over $50 USD

  • Australia: Free shipping on orders over $80 AUD

  • New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $80 NZD

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over $80 CAD

Orders below these thresholds will be charged shipping at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Times

  • UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.

  • International Orders: Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked services. Delivery times vary depending on destination, but typically range from 7–14 business days.

Duties & Taxes

  • For customers outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply.

  • For U.S. customers: Any duties and taxes displayed at checkout are estimates only. Because we ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), you will not be asked to pay anything upon delivery. If actual duties are lower than estimated, we absorb the difference.

  • For other international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where possible. Final amounts may vary slightly depending on local customs clearance.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You can follow your parcel’s journey using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in locating your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, but we will always do our best to support you.
