Mandatory Steps for Reporting Transport Damage...
To claim damage during transit, follow these steps precisely, including taking detailed photos:
1️⃣ Packaging Photos: Photograph the original packaging from all six sides, especially damaged areas.
2️⃣ Inside the Box: After opening the box, take a photo of the inner packaging.
3️⃣ Mold Inspection: Photograph the mold while still wrapped, from four angles, then unwrapped, from all sides.
4️⃣ Report Immediately: If damage is found, contact us with all photos promptly.
⚠️ Without these steps, damage claims and refunds cannot be processed!

Skin and Eye Contact Warning: Contact with wet or dry plaster may cause skin or eye irritation. Wash hands after use and avoid touching eyes. Rinse thoroughly if contact occurs. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Use on Stable Surfaces: Always use on a flat, secure surface to prevent tipping or falling.
Mold Growth Risk – Dry Thoroughly: Always allow molds to dry completely between uses. Storing or using damp molds can lead to microbial growth, structural weakening, or surface damage.
Slip Hazard When Wet: Wet plaster molds can become slippery. Exercise caution to avoid accidental drops.
