Choose your size\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePick a size above, ranging from micro to extra large, then choose the exact height you need from the dropdown. Heights run from 30mm to 200mm in 5mm steps. The height should roughly match the height of the pot wall you want to shape.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003e2. Draw your profile\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe left-hand edge of the rib is the working edge — the shape that transfers to your clay. The backing is the solid part you hold — set it anywhere from 30mm to 60mm. The dotted line shows where it begins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can add an optional finger hole, which makes the rib easier to grip and handy to hang up in the studio. Set the diameter between 10mm and 25mm and drag it wherever you like. It always keeps at least 3mm of material around it, so it can't sit too close to an edge.
